On April 19, 2024, Deputy Secretary-General ZUSHI Shuji of Trilateral Cooperation Secretariat (TCS) received an official delegation from Shuangliu District Government of Chengdu, China in TCS office, headed by Mr. LI Jian, Deputy Secretary of CPC Shuangliu District Committee.
Deputy Secretary LI Jian briefed on the socio-cultural development of Shuangliu District in recent years, highlighting their advanced industries in the areas of aviation, ICT and bio-medicine. Underscoring their rich culture and similarity with Japan and Korean in traditions, he looked forward to working together with TCS for closer ties of Shuangliu District with Japan and Korea.
Deputy Secretary-General ZUSHI spoke highly of the well-established partnership between TCS and Chengdu Municipal People’s Government, and extended appreciation on Shuangliu District’s support to TCS previously. Mentioning TCS’ work plan in collaboration with Chengdu, especially the upcoming ‘Culture City of East Asia’ Social Media Influencers’ Tour to be held in Chengdu, he anticipated more cooperative opportunities with Shuangliu District in near future.
Both sides agreed to maintain close communication in pursuit of mutual promotion.
