Others TCS Board Members Paid a Courtesy Visit to State Minister for Foreign Affairs MUTO Yoji 2015.12.14

On December 14, 2015, the Trilateral Cooperation Secretariat (TCS) Board Members paid a courtesy call to State Minister for Japanese Foreign Affairs MUTO Yoji, during their visit to Japan. 

TCS Secretary-General YANG Houlan expressed gratitude for the Government of Japan’s support for the TCS. He expressed that the TCS is delighted to see the resumption of the Trilateral Summit in November 2015, believing it will not only advance the trilateral cooperation to a new height, but also add strong impetus to East Asian cooperation. He reassured TCS’ commitment to closely follow up and implement the outcomes of the Summit, and looked forward to continued support and guidance from the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Japan. 

State Minister MUTO expressed his hope that the TCS would play a role to promote future-oriented trilateral cooperation. He also stated that he positively recognized the various actions taken by the TCS, and expressed his desire to continue to support its activities.
