On December 28, 2015, TCS Secretary-General YANG Houlan paid a courtesy visit to Quanzhou, and had a dinner meeting with NI Jingyun, Deputy Director-General of Foreign and Overseas Chinese Affairs Office of Quanzhou, Fujian, China. The meeting involved the review of the “East Asian Cultural City” project in 2014 as well as Quanzhou’s potential roles for trilateral cooperation and its prospects.
