中日韩在运输与物流领域有着多样的合作。中日韩运输与物流部长会议于2006年启动，有三个主要目标：建立无缝物流体系、发展环境友好型物流业、实现物流安全与高效的平衡。在部长级会议磋商机制的框架下，三国定期举办东北亚港湾局长会议、下设工作组、东北亚港湾研讨会和东北亚物流信息服务网络。
秘书处自2012年举办的第四次中日韩运输与物流部长会议以来一直积极参与支持次磋商机制，并将继续探索和实施合作项目来推动三国在此领域的合作。
