Seoul, September 30, 2025 – The Ministry of Personnel Management of the Republic of Korea hosted the 10th China-Japan-Korea (CJK) Personnel Policy Network Heads’ Meeting at Seoul Plaza Hotel, with the participation of the National Civil Service Administration of the People’s Republic of China and the National Personnel Authority of Japan.
The meeting was attended by Tschoe Dongseok, Minister of Personnel Management of the Republic of Korea, Qi Jiabin, Chief of the National Civil Service Administration of China, and Yuko Kawamoto, President of the National Personnel Authority of Japan. TCS Secretary-General Lee Hee-sup also joined the event and delivered a congratulatory remark.
SG Lee noted that the 10th CJK Personnel Policy Network Heads’ Meeting, held in Seoul to mark the 20th anniversary of the CJK Personnel Administration Network, comes at a timely moment as trilateral cooperation gains new momentum following the resumption of the CJK Summit. He highlighted the importance of personnel administration as the foundation of effective governance, reassured TCS’s role in supporting initiatives such as joint training programs for young civil servants, and reaffirmed the Secretariat’s commitment to fostering youth exchanges and strengthening collaboration among the three governments.
